Candy has been behind-the-scenes support since agency inception but officially joined the team in January 2020.  Her background is in Human Resources and has spent much of her career in city government specializing in benefits, with the privilege of educating and guiding employees with their benefit needs and questions.

Candy grew up in Minnesota, and received her Bachelor’s in Education at St Cloud State University.   She married Steve in 2012; together they have four sons.  Even though the boys are grown and out of the house, she loves it when they visit, loves to cook for them, and to spend time with all of them. (Food is her love language).   Candy enjoys a very active lifestyle and can be found hiking, running, playing golf, traveling and simply enjoying life with her husband.
